The Service
TradePursuit provides commercial opportunity research and intelligence. We identify and qualify projects, develop available contact intelligence and recommend pursuit timing and next actions.
No Guarantee of Results
TradePursuit does not guarantee contracts, bids, revenue, project awards or any specific business outcome. Members are responsible for their own pricing, proposals, licensing, insurance and conduct.
Opportunity Quantities
Membership quantities are stated as “up to” a monthly maximum per calendar month. Monthly limits do not roll over. We do not add poor-fit projects to meet a numerical quota. Membership availability may be limited by trade and market.
Exclusivity
Memberships are not exclusive. Multiple companies may receive opportunities in the same market unless exclusivity is specifically purchased or agreed separately in writing.
Billing & Cancellation
Monthly memberships renew monthly and may be cancelled before the next billing date, with access continuing through the paid period. Annual memberships run for the full term and end unless renewed.
Complimentary Opportunity
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance. Complimentary opportunities are intended for legitimate commercial service businesses. There is no free trial.
Information Accuracy
Intelligence may be developed from public records, project filings, planning information, company announcements, procurement information, project websites and other lawful sources. Details can change; members should independently verify information before making business decisions.
Site Access & Safety
Members must follow all site-access requirements and must never enter controlled construction areas without authorization. Field visit recommendations are suggestions only and are made at the member's own risk and discretion.
Acceptable Use
Opportunity sheets are provided for the member's own business use and may not be resold, redistributed or republished.
